By accessing our website, requesting a reservation, or using the services of Gold Coast Elite Transportation (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Description of Services

Gold Coast Elite Transportation provides private chauffeured transportation services, including but not limited to airport transfers, business travel, weddings, wine tours, special events, concerts, sporting events, and nights out, serving Long Island, New York City, the Hamptons, and the surrounding Tri-State area.

3. Reservations and Booking

Reservations may be made through our website, by phone, or by email. We recommend booking as far in advance as possible, particularly for weekends, weddings, and special events. We regularly accommodate last-minute bookings with only a few hours notice, subject to availability.

You are responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop-off information, contact details, and travel times when booking. We are not responsible for delays or missed reservations resulting from inaccurate information provided at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled reservation. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee. [Insert specific fee structure or policy details here.]

5. Airport Pickups and Flight Monitoring

We monitor all incoming flights in real time at no additional charge. Airport pickups include 60 minutes of complimentary wait time after your flight lands. Additional waiting time beyond the complimentary period will be billed at the applicable hourly rate.

6. Payment Terms

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed through a secure third-party payment provider, and we do not store your full card details on our own systems.

For most reservations, payment is due at the time of booking or upon completion of service, as specified when you reserve your ride. For weddings, special events, and multi-day reservations, we may require a deposit to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance due prior to or on the day of service.

Rates are based on the vehicle, service type, and duration selected at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for extended waiting time beyond any complimentary period, additional stops not included in the original itinerary, tolls, parking fees, and excessive cleaning required due to a passenger’s conduct.

Gratuity is not automatically included in our rates unless otherwise stated at the time of booking. Clients are welcome to tip their chauffeur directly at their discretion, or gratuity can be added to your final payment upon request.

All rates are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable state and local taxes.

7. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward chauffeurs and to comply with all applicable laws while in our vehicles. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any passenger who engages in illegal activity, poses a safety risk, or damages our vehicles. Passengers may be held financially responsible for any damage caused to a vehicle during their reservation.

Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles.

8. Vehicle and Chauffeur Availability

While we make every effort to honor specific vehicle requests, availability of a particular vehicle is not guaranteed. In the rare event that your requested vehicle is unavailable, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a comparable substitute.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gold Coast Elite Transportation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to delays caused by traffic, weather, mechanical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the reservation giving rise to the claim.

10. Insurance

All vehicles and chauffeurs operated by Gold Coast Elite Transportation are licensed and insured in accordance with applicable state and local regulations.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Gold Coast Elite Transportation and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
