How does the meet and greet work?
We monitor all incoming flights in real time. Upon arrival, your chauffeur will contact you directly with pickup instructions. Depending on the airport and service selected, you will either be greeted inside the terminal with a personalized name sign or directed to the designated commercial vehicle pickup area.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight automatically, so a delay does not change your reservation. Airport pickups include 60 minutes of complimentary wait time after your flight lands. Additional waiting time beyond that is billed at the applicable hourly rate.
How far in advance should I book an airport transfer?
We recommend booking as far in advance as possible, especially around holidays and busy travel weekends. That said, we regularly accommodate last-minute bookings with only a few hours notice when availability allows.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled reservation.
Do you charge extra for flight tracking?
No. Real-time flight monitoring is included on every airport reservation at no additional charge.
