How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as far in advance as possible, especially for weekends, weddings and special events. That said, we regularly accommodate last-minute bookings with only a few hours notice when availability allows.
How does airport pickup work?
We monitor every incoming flight in real time at no additional charge. Your chauffeur will contact you directly with pickup instructions, and depending on the airport, you will either be greeted inside the terminal with a name sign or directed to the designated pickup area.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Airport pickups include 60 minutes of complimentary wait time after your flight lands. After that, additional waiting time is billed at the applicable hourly rate.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled reservation.
Are you available around the clock?
Yes. Gold Coast Elite Transportation operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by reservation.
